Flahavan's Pinhead Oatmeal is a chopped wholegrain oat, suitable as a more traditional porridge (taking about 20 minutes to boil) or ideal as an ingredient in home baking. Flahavan's Pinhead Oatmeal can be added to brown bread, biscuits, soups and many other home baking recipes to add that extra bit of texture and bite. 

Flahavan's Pinhead Oatmeal is made by removing the outer shell of the oat and chopping the remaining kernel into smaller pieces. Pinhead is a nutritious natural food source.
