Mixed Berry & Oats Smoothie Bowl

Whether it's a quick smoothie or a stylish smoothie bowl for brunch, this recipe works a treat!

Serves 1|Takes 10 mins

INGREDIENTS:

1 & 1/5 cups frozen mixed berries

1 sliced banana, frozen

1/2 cup of Oat Drink (or milk of choice)

1 teaspoon of honey (optional)

3 tablespoons of Flahavan’s Rolled Oats

1 tablespoons of Milled Seeds

TOPPING

Milled Seeds

Mixed berries

Cacao nibs

METHOD:

Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and whizz until smooth.

Add a little more oat drink/milk if needed.

Serve immediately in a breakfast bowl and top with fresh berries, cacao nibs and more Milled Seeds.

Top Tip: Works equally well as a smoothie for on-the-go goodness, just add more liquid!
