Instapot Irish Oats
A modern take on a classic breakfast -instapot oats!
Serves 4|Takes 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of Flahavan’s Irish Steel Cut
6 cups of Whole milk
3 tbsp Honey
Topping Suggestions:
Grated Apple and Pecan
Pomegranate and Blueberries
Strawberries and Blueberries
METHOD:
Place oats and milk into the pressure cooker and place on “rice” setting for 12 minutes.
Allow pressure cooker to come to pressure. Once timer has completed, release the pressure by opening the steam valve.
Mix in honey and portion evenly into 4 serving bowls.
Top with your preferred garnishes.
