Lemon, Poppyseed & Blueberry Overnight Oats

Sunshine in a jar, this Overnight Oats recipe is packed full of flavour!

Serves 2|Takes Min. 2 hours

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of Flahavan’s Rolled Oats

2/3 cups of Oat Milk (or milk of choice)

2 tablespoons of Milled Seeds

1/3 cup of plain Greek yoghurt

2 teaspoons of honey

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

3/4 cups of blueberries

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

2 teaspoons of poppy seeds

Topping

Lemon curd

Milled Seeds

METHOD:

Combine all the ingredients in a re-sealable jar or container, mix well and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, serve with a dollop of lemon curd and a sprinkling of Milled Seeds and enjoy!
