Oatmeal with fried banana,cacao nibs and almond butter

You won't look back after add fried bananas to your oatmeal for a deliciously caramelised flavour!

Serves 1|Takes 10

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup (40g) Flahavan’s Rolled Oats

1 1/4 cups of whole milk

Banana

Almond Butter

Cacao Nibs

Honey

Butter

METHOD:

Oatmeal:

Stir the rolled oats into the milk.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes stirring continuously.

To Serve:

Fried bananas: Melt a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of honey and combine. Add 2 sliced bananas and fry for 2-3 minutes each side.

Top the oatmeal with the banana, a drizzle of honey, some almond butter and cacao nibs.
