Strawberry Smoothie Bowl by Lili Forberg
This smoothie bowl packs a powerful punch!
Serves 1|Takes 15 minutes
1 or 2 frozen bananas (cut small before you freeze)
1 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of milk (add more if you need to)
1/4 cup of Flahavan’s oats
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Top with your favourite toppings like oats, fresh strawberries and bananas, chopped nuts, flax seeds and some sprinkles!
Add ingredients into a high powered smoothie blender.
Be patient – you’ll have to stop a few times to scrape the sides.
Add more milk as needed.
