Almond & Coconut Oatmeal

A delightfully indulgent porridge.

Serves 2|Takes 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Flahavan’s Rolled Oats
1 cup water
4 tbsp fresh coconut drink
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp grated dark chocolate
Handful of blueberries

METHOD:

Combine the Flahavan’s Oats, water, coconut milk and sliced banana in a saucepan.
Heat on medium heat for 10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Stir in the almond butter and coconut oil until dissolved.
Serve in a bowl and top with dark chocolate and blueberries.
