Banana Oat Breakfast Cookie
Fussy breakfast eaters? Here's a healthy tasty option!
Serves 10 cookies|Takes 15-20 mins
2 Bananas (ripe)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
200g Flahavan’s Rolled Oats
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp seeds (sunflower & pumpkin)
1/2 cup raisins
Handful flaked almonds
Mash the bananas and mix in the egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, oats, seeds, walnuts and raisins.
When the ingredients have combined well, use an ice-cream scoop to scoop the mixture onto a lined baking tray
Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top of each cookie and press down gently
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 mins or until golden
