Cookie Dough Energy Balls

The perfect post gym snack!

Serves 10|Takes 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 2/5 cups of Flahavan’s rolled oats
3/4 cup of cashew nuts
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Pinch of salt
¼ cup agave syrup
¼ cup melted coconut oil
3/4 cup of cashew butter
1/3 cup of chopped dark chocolate

METHOD:

Place all the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a food processor and blend until the mixture comes together.
Knead the chopped chocolate into the mixture, wrap in film and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Once chilled, separate the mixture and roll into walnut sized balls and store in an airtight container.
