Pot of Gold Overnight Oats

A perfect recipe for your hungry little leprechaun on St. Patricks day!

Serves 4|Takes 12 hours

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups Flahavan’s Quick to Cook Oats
5 cups of Whole milk
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Toppings
4 tsp. raw sugar
4 tbsp roasted and chopped pistachio
1 cup blueberries
2 leaves of Gold leaf

METHOD:

To prepare golden milk, combine milk, tumeric, ground ginger, sugar and salt in a medium bowl and stir until fully combined.

Add dry oats to the golden milk mixture and fold to fully combine.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator and stir to ensure consistent mixture.

Transfer to four serving bowls and top with raw sugar, pistachios, fresh blueberries & gold leaf to garnish.
