Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cup Overnights Oats
Dessert or breakfast - you decide!
Serves 2|Takes 10
1 cup of Flahavan’s rolled oats
1 ripe mashed banana
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
1 cup of almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup of dark chocolate
1 tbsp roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped (optional)
Mix together the Flahavan’s rolled oats, mashed banana, maple syrup, vanilla essence and almond milk.
Spoon the mixture into 2 jars or glasses and top each with peanut butter.
Drizzle over melted chocolate and sprinkle with peanuts. Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours (or overnight), then enjoy
