Strawberry & White Chocolate Oat Bars by Lili Forberg
We've teamed up with Lili Forberg and her little helper to make these quick and tasty oat bars!
Serves 20|Takes 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of Flahavan’s rolled oats
1 egg
1/3 cup of melted butter
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of roughly chopped nuts
1/2 cup of chopped up white chocolate
1/4 cup of seeds such as flaxseeds/ sesame seeds/ sunflower seeds (optional)
1/2 cup of strawberries
METHOD:
All you need to do is put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Place in a lined tray and cook for 30 minutes @ 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
You can totally mix and match with whatever ingredients you have at home, using different fruit, nuts or seeds!
